Rich Speed Training – Group Sprint & Speed Sessions Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve performance or someone wanting to get faster, leaner, and more explosive, our group speed sessions are designed for all ages and fitness levels. Each session includes: 🔥 Dynamic Warm-Up (10–15 Minutes) We’ll begin with a full-body dynamic warm-up to increase mobility, activate key muscle groups, and prepare your body for sprinting. This helps improve movement quality while reducing the risk of injury. ⚡ Sprint & Speed Workout (35–45 Minutes) The main session focuses on acceleration, top-end speed, sprint mechanics, agility, and explosive power. Workouts vary each week and may include sprint drills, resisted sprints, plyometrics, reaction work, and conditioning to help you move faster and more efficiently. 🧘 Cooldown & Stretch (10 Minutes) We finish every session with a guided cooldown and stretching routine to improve flexibility, promote recovery, and leave you feeling refreshed for your next workout. No matter your experience level, you’ll receive coaching, encouragement, and progressions that match your ability.
